Washing the Streets of San Francisco
I love it when it rains here. I love the literal shit getting swept away and I love the cleaner streets even more. I love the drip off the hood of my raincoat as I walk through the streets. I love the swoosh of cars and buses passing by and the light tapping of the rain on the windows. I love the diffuse grey light and the wan colors. At least, I feel this way during the first rain of the season.
Only problem: is this the end of our Indian summer already?

I love SF when it rains too! But I remember the last time I was in this city during the rainy season , a month into it, I was ready to (gasp!) go to LA for some sunshine.
